Fit Ballroom is a revolutionary workout combining Ballroom Dance steps with free weights.
Workout comprises three phases.
Phase I is warm up primarily dynamic stretching.
Phase II is the Workout with repetition weights.
Phase III is the coordinative capacities and cool down with static stretching and mobility excercises.
Target Muscle groups : Biceps, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, Lats and Traps
Coordinative capacities are movements which combine two or more parts of the body at the same time but in an antagonistic way.
Each dance style will have different exercises.
The program will also enable participants to reinforce dance steps that can be danced at any occasion.
Break down of Session: 5 mins warm up+ 40 mins Workout +5 min Cool Down Static Stretching
Session Duration: 50 minutes
